As the day unfolds, the forecast from the National Centre of Meteorology reveals a mix of fair to partly cloudy conditions across the UAE. While light to moderate winds sweep through the region, there's a notable presence of low clouds hovering over certain Eastern areas.

Temperature-wise, expect a maximum of 29ºC throughout the country, with Abu Dhabi and Dubai experiencing highs of 24ºC and 25ºC respectively. However, nighttime temperatures could drop significantly, with lows of 19ºC in Abu Dhabi, 17ºC in Dubai, and a chilly 7ºC in mountainous regions.

As night falls and we head into Saturday morning, the atmosphere will become increasingly humid, setting the stage for potential fog or mist formation over both internal and coastal areas. Humidity levels are expected to range between 60 to 95 per cent in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

For those planning maritime activities, conditions at sea are forecasted to be moderate to slight in the Arabian Gulf and slight in the Oman Sea.
