The Ministry of Finance in the UAE has introduced a comprehensive four-year strategic plan aimed at catalyzing government performance. Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai, Deputy Prime Minister, and Minister of Finance, outlined the objectives, stating, "We are committed to the development and implementation of sustainable financial policies that will stimulate economic growth, foster a competitive business environment, enhance international economic partnerships, and foster trust and transparency."
