UAE Cabinet Reshuffle Includes Appointment of Emirati Astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi
Emirati astronaut Sultan Al Neyadi has been appointed as a minister in the UAE Cabinet, serving as the Minister of State for Youth. The announcement was part of a Cabinet reshuffle released by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid. The reshuffle also included Mariam Al Mheiri moving to the Head of the International Affairs Office, and Dr Amna Al Shamsi succeeding her as the Minister of Environment and Climate Change. The changes reflect a dynamic shift in leadership roles, with Sheikh Maktoum bin Mohammed taking on an expanded role as Deputy Prime Minister for Finance and Economic Affairs. Mohammed Fadel Al Mazrouei is appointed as the Minister of State for Defence Affairs.
