In real estate and property transactions for the week ending December 22, 2023, transactions valued at Dhs16.6 billion were recorded, with a total of 3,785 transactions. The transactions included the sale of 216 plots for Dhs4.91 billion and 2,729 apartments and villas sold for AED 7.49 billion. The top three transactions comprised the sale of land in Al Yelayiss 5 for Dhs2.43 billion, followed by a land sale for Dhs64.09 million in Al Hebiah Fourth, and a land transaction for AED 57.67 million in Al Goze Second, securing the third spot.
