As the holy month of Ramadan approaches, Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced revised service timings across several of its services for 2025, including customer happiness centres, public transport, marine transport, parking zones, and vehicle testing centres. Whether you're planning to commute around the city or need to use RTA services during this special time, here’s a breakdown of the updated schedules.

Customer Happiness Centres

The RTA’s Customer Happiness Centres will operate under adjusted timings during Ramadan. Here’s what you need to know:

  • Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Manara, and Al Tawar Centres

    • Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
    • Friday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Smart Centres (Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA Head Office)

    • Open 24/7

Service Provider Centres (Vehicle Testing)

For vehicle testing, the following service timings will be in place:

  • Tasjeel Jebel Ali & Hatta

    • Monday to Thursday & Saturday:
      • Jebel Ali: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
      • Hatta: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
    • Friday:
      • Jebel Ali: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
      • Hatta: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
  • Tasjeel Al Qusais, Al Barsha, Al Warsan

    • Monday to Thursday & Saturday:
      • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (All services)
      • Evening Shift: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM (All services)
    • Friday:
      • Morning Shift: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
      • Evening Shift: 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM (Vehicle testing only from 4:01 PM to 7:59 PM)
  • Other Service Provider Centres

    • Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
    • Friday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM, 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

    Special Centres (Al Awir Tasjeel, Al Satwa Autopro, Al Mankhool Autopro, Al Tawar Tasjeel, Al Yalayis, Al Muhaisnah Shamel)

    • Monday to Thursday & Saturday:
      • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
      • 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
    • Friday & Sunday (Technical Inspection Only):
      • 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
      • 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM

Dubai Metro & Tram Timings

The public transport network is also adjusting to accommodate the changes during Ramadan:

  • Dubai Metro (Red & Green Lines)

    • Monday to Thursday & Saturday: 5:00 AM – 12:00 AM
    • Friday: 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM
    • Sunday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 AM
  • Dubai Tram

    • Monday to Saturday: 6:00 AM – 1:00 AM
    • Sunday: 9:00 AM – 1:00 AM

Dubai Public Buses & Marine Transport

Public Parking Timings

Parking across the city will operate under the following schedule:

  • Monday to Saturday:
    • First Period: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
    • Second Period: 8:00 PM – 12:00 AM
  • Multi-Level Parking Buildings: Open 24/7
