In a commendable move to assist residents affected by recent heavy rains, Emaar Properties has announced free repairs for properties within its communities in Dubai. The announcement, made by Mohamed Alabbar, Chairman of Emaar Properties, brings relief to thousands of residents facing challenges due to the unprecedented weather conditions.

Addressing the situation, Alabbar stated, "In response to the challenges posed by this adverse weather and heavy rains that Dubai has experienced in the past few days, I am pleased to announce that Emaar will undertake the repair of all properties within our communities that have been damaged by the recent rains at its own cost to ensure that our residents can return to their daily lives as swiftly and smoothly as possible."

This initiative reflects Emaar's commitment to supporting its community during times of need. Alabbar emphasized the company's responsibility in providing all possible support to customers, including the complete repair of their homes.

Since the onset of the severe rains, Emaar's facility management and community management teams have been actively engaged in addressing challenges faced by residents. This includes clearing water-clogging issues and working tirelessly day and night to provide solutions.

Emaar Properties, known as the largest master developer in Dubai, boasts a portfolio of iconic developments such as Downtown Dubai, Dubai Hills Estate, Dubai Creek Harbour, and more. Notably, Emaar's commitment extends beyond real estate, as the company owns and operates 34 hotels and resorts globally. Its revenue diversification includes shopping malls, retail, hospitality, leisure, and international subsidiaries, contributing significantly to its overall growth and success.

Among Emaar's prestigious assets are the Burj Khalifa, the world's tallest tower, and the iconic Dubai Mall, showcasing the company's impact on Dubai's skyline and economy.
