Azizi Developments has officially announced the launch of sales for the world’s second-tallest tower, Burj Azizi, set to be a major addition to Dubai’s iconic skyline. With prices starting from Dh7,149 per square foot for ultra-luxury apartments, the tower is expected to offer a range of high-end units for both investors and end-users. The priciest units will go up to Dh34,000 per square foot, with overall apartment prices starting at Dh7.5 million and reaching as high as Dh156 million for the most luxurious ones.
